Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to distance selling regulations. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you are an entrepreneur according to § 14 para. 1 BGB (German Civil Code) and are acting in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
