CUSTOMER INFORMATION REGARDING THE CONCLUSION OF DISTANCE CONTRACTS
The following information serves to fulfill our legal information obligations regarding distance contracts and electronic commerce.
You can print or permanently save this information. The information relevant to the contract will be provided to you in text form at the latest upon delivery of the goods.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods.
The customer can select products from our range of goods and collect them in a virtual shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button. Before submitting the order, the customer can check, change, or cancel their entries at any time.
By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
After receipt of the order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. This order confirmation merely confirms receipt of the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the purchase offer.
The purchase contract is only concluded when we expressly accept the customer's offer, dispatch the goods, or confirm the delivery of the goods.
The contract text will be stored by us and sent to the customer by e-mail after the order has been placed. The customer can also print out or electronically save the order data before submitting the order.
3. Delivery and delivery times
Delivery is made to Germany and countries within the European Union.
The applicable delivery times are stated in the offer or during the ordering process.
For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the working day after receipt of payment. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the working day after conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise specified in the respective offer.
If the beginning or end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the beginning or end of the period shifts to the next working day.
For deliveries outside Germany within the European Union, unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, a delivery period of 2 to 10 working days applies.
Should an ordered item exceptionally not be available, we will inform the customer immediately. Payments already made will be refunded immediately in this case.
4. Prices and shipping costs
The stated prices are total prices in euros and include the statutory VAT.
In addition to the stated goods prices, shipping costs may apply. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process before placing the order.
Temporary special offers or discounts will be identified as such within the respective product description.
5. Payment methods
Payment is possible by advance payment.
Payment via PayPal is only possible if this payment method is offered in the ordering process or expressly confirmed by us.
The customer incurs no costs by using the offered payment methods that exceed the costs we incur by using the respective payment method.
6. Statutory liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies to all goods.
7. Contract language
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
8. Codes of Conduct
We are not subject to any special codes of conduct.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in distance purchase contracts
A consumer within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration, for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
